To ensure transparency and fairness, the following terms apply to our traffic growth guarantee:
1. The Guarantee
If your website traffic does not show measurable growth (pre agreed during onboarding based on 12 months data) within 3 full calendar months of active SEO service, we will work for free until the agreed target is met.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the guarantee, the client must:

Have an active, functioning website for the full 3-month period.

Provide access to Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Approve and publish all content and pages we produce in a timely manner (within 5 working days of delivery).

Not make significant changes to the website (e.g., changing platforms, redesigns) without our knowledge.

Not pause or interrupt the SEO service during the guarantee period.
3. Definition of “Traffic Growth”
Traffic growth is defined as an increase in organic search traffic (from Google and other search engines) compared to the previous 3-month period, as measured by Google Analytics and/or Google Search Console.
We measure growth based on:

Total organic impressions (Search Console),
We only need to show growth in one of these areas for the guarantee to be fulfilled.
4. Exclusions
The guarantee does not apply if:

The client has existing penalties from Google (manual actions or algorithmic penalties).

The website is brand new and has no prior indexing.

The website experiences server downtime or performance issues that impact traffic.

The niche or target market is extremely competitive with unrealistic short-term expectations (to be assessed and discussed in advance).

5. Process
If after 3 months there is no demonstrable traffic growth, and the above conditions are met:

6. Good Faith Clause
